Establishment of a County Law Library is provided for by law, Vernon’s Texas Codes Annotated, Local Government Code §323.021. This library is a reference only facility meaning that books cannot be checked out by the general public. The public may use this library for research purposes only or the securing of legal documents and forms. Copies are 10¢ each and Library hours are 8 AM - 12 PM and 1 PM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
