A.   fever above 100.5

B.    aches

C.   coughing and sneezing

D.   vomiting and diarrhea

 

Suggestions:

 

1.                 If symptoms occur, see physician

2.                 Begin antiviral medications (Tamiflu, etc) within 48 hours of onset of symptoms, under a physician’s guidance

3.                 Reduce attendance at crowded events

4.                 Move away from those who are sneezing and coughing

5.                 Self-isolate if symptoms appear; stay at home

6.                 Reduce physical contact (hand shaking, etc)

7.                 Wash hands or use hand sanitizer frequently

8.                 Use antiviral sprays and wipes to clean door knobs and other surfaces of contact with humans
