| COUNTY COMMISSIONERS - A
Commissioner is elected from each precinct to serve four years. In addition to
sitting on the Commissioners Court, they are responsible for construction and maintenance
of county roads and bridges within their precinct. Meet the

- Made up of the county judge and the four commissioners. The court conducts all
county business including adopting the annual budget and setting the tax rate, maintaining
and improving county facilities including jails; supervising all expenditures and
approving all contracts. |

Employment opportunities, Workers Compensation, employee and retiree benefits. |

Coordination
of medical, dental, retirement, long-term disability, and other benefits provided to
county employees and retirees. Receives job applications when positions are
