NOTICE OF MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Taylor County Commissioners Court will meet in regular session at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 31, 2010, in the Commissioners Courtroom, Taylor County Courthouse (2nd floor) 300 Oak Street, Abilene, Texas, to consider the following items:

1. Call meeting to order

2. Pledge of Allegiance and Invocation

3. Consider approval of minutes of previous meetings and adopt agenda

4. Consider budget adjustments and transfers, if any

5. Consider bills for payment

6. Consider approval of 9-1-1- Budget

7. Consider approval of extension of Indigent Health Services contract

8. Consider approval of Fiscal Year 2011 Commissioners’ Court dates

9. Consider approval of Calendar Year 2011 Taylor County Holiday schedule

10. Consider approval of contract for Taylor County Employee Health Clinic

11. Discussion of County-wide Burn Ban and any action as appropriate

12. Receive progress update on Taylor County Sally Port and any appropriate action

13. In accordance with Government Code 551.074, Regarding Personnel Matters, CONVENE in EXECUTIVE SESSION

14. RECONVENE in Regular Session and any action as appropriate

15. Adjourn
