NOTICE OF MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that the Taylor County Commissioners’ Court will meet in regular session at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 31, 2012, in the Commissioners’ Courtroom, Taylor County Courthouse (2nd floor) 300 Oak Street, Abilene, Texas, to consider the following items:

 

         1.            Call meeting to order

 

         2.            Pledge of Allegiance and Invocation

 

         3.            Consider approval of minutes of previous meetings and adopt agenda

 

         4.            Consider approval of budget adjustments and transfers, if any

 

         5.            Consider approval of bills for payment

 

         6.            Receive report from Purdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott, LLP regarding collections

 

         7.            Receive report regarding the inspection at the Taylor County Jail

 

         8.            Discussion of County-wide Burn Ban and any action as appropriate

 

         9.            Discussion regarding courthouse security and any action as appropriate

 

    10.            In accordance with Government Code 551.071, Regarding Consultation with Attorney, CONVENE in EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

    11.            RECONVENE in Regular Session

 

    12.            Adjourn

 

              NOTE:             Enumerated agenda items are assigned numbers for ease of reference only, and will not necessarily be considered by the Commissioners’ Court in that particular order.
