Purpose
The purpose of this department is to aid in the judicial collection of court ordered fines, fees and restitution for Taylor County. Currently the justice courts, district clerk, county courts, and the District Attorney’s Hot Check Division are utilizing the services of the Collections and Compliance Division. This allows individuals to request a payment plan based on their finances for the restitution, fine and court costs assessed by the courts. We also assist defendants in successfully complying with the court orders.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT FOR ABILENE MUNICIPAL COURT!
