Notice is hereby given that applicants
requesting County Indigent Health Care
services must live in the county in which they
apply and intend to remain in said county.
Eligibility determination is based on written
documentation of residency, household
composition, income and resources.
Applicants are responsible for providing
necessary information in satisfying eligibility
requirements.
Applications can be obtained at the Taylor
County Social Services Office, which is located
