As of January 1, 2016, We are accepting criminal Efiling. It is not mandatory at this time for Taylor County, so you may still mail or bring you pleadings to our office. We are looking forward to the future of Efiling in Criminal.

*We are accepting all Criminal Efiling under a Waiver Account, therefore you will not be charged the $2.00 transaction fee when using a waiver account.

*Please choose State of Texas for the party responsible for the Fees.

*All orders must be sent in a separate envelope so that we may forward your order to the Judge for Consideration.
